STUDIO POLICIES

There are 9 tuition payments for the year which is your yearly amount divided by 9 September-May. This allows the same amount to be paid each month regardless of sessions attended. June is not always a full month, depending on the date of the dance recital, therefore this year there is no monthly payment in June. Once tuition and costumes are paid in full (this year it will be May) you may take your costumes home.

Payment for your convenience we now accept Visa and Mastercard. You may also pay by cash or check. There will be a $20 charge for returned checks. A late fee will be imposed each month after 10^th/17^th/24^th of each month. Payment is due the first week of each month. If your account is more than two months past due, you will not be allowed in class until payment is brought up to date. No refunds. Class credit only.

June Concert add non refundable $40 to October tuition toward costume deposit. Your child will be measured for costumes. Balance of costumes are due by the end of January.

Makeup classes 3 makeups will be permitted from Sept to Jan. Classes must be made-up in any class besides the class/es you are registered for. No makeup classes will be permitted after January unless class missed due to inclement weather or canceled for any reason by the studio. Student absences will not be reimbursed for cash payment. In the event of inclement weather, there will be a message on the studio machine.

Classes are not transferable from season to season or person to person.

Class card good on open classes only. 10 class card (must register) Valid for two months. A $5 extension fee is offered. BCDC is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Cards are not transferable.

Parental responsibility teachers and staff are not responsible for children after class time. Please be prompt in both delivery and picking up your children. Any child not taking class should not be left unattended. For your convenience, we have two waiting rooms for you and your children. One with cable tv and one with snack machine.

Injury BCDC is not responsible for any injury incurred while in or out of class. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
